GA-ATL court is beyound corrupt and the cops will say anything to make it stick. In order for him to get a jury trial he has to request it when he goes on tuesday. Trust me I have been there more times than I would admit. The judge will care less about your story and would prefer to smack the hammer move onto the next case and get on with the rest of the day so he can go golfing or dinner with some striper he meet the night before at the cheeta.
